Who?Neil Gaiman is an English author of (mostly) dark fantasy and the first person to win both the Newbery and Carnegie medals for the same work (The Graveyard Book in 2008). He is a very prolific writer with a cult following and is active on both Twitter and Tumblr. Gaiman currently resides in the United States with his wife, Amanda Palmer

What?Gaiman dabbles in movie and TV scripts (including an episode of Doctor Who), children’s books, graphic novels, short stories, and the art of fiction in general. His work is usually dark and mysterious with a sense of humour and draws inspiration from mythology and folklore to create an alternate version of our world where gods and ghouls roam the earth, just out of our sight.
